5. Orders and Payments

All orders depend on seller approval.

Prices and fees are shown before you confirm.

You must pay the full amount for confirmed orders.

Payment methods depend on what is available.

6. Cancel and Refund

Cancellation rules depend on the seller and order stage.

Prepared or dispatched orders may not be canceled.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery time is an estimate.

Delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or other reasons.

8. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for food and product quality.

Bismin is only a connecting platform.

9. Your Behavior

Do not abuse delivery partners or staff.

Do not give fake reviews.

Do not use Bismin for illegal work.

10. Reviews

Write honest reviews.

Bismin can remove bad or fake reviews.

11. Ownership

Bismin name, logo, and app belong to Bismin.

Do not copy or use without permission.

12. Your Data

Bismin uses your data as per its Privacy Policy.

By using Bismin, you agree to this.

13. Responsibility Limits

Bismin is not responsible for big losses.

If Bismin is at fault, the maximum it pays is what you paid for that order.

14. If You Cause Problems

You must cover Bismin’s loss if you break these rules.
