Cancellation Policy – Bismin

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order on Bismin. By using Bismin, you agree to this policy.
1. When You Can Cancel
You can cancel an order if:
The seller has not yet started preparing or packing your order.
The app shows the order as “Pending” or “Accepted” but not “Preparing.”
2. When You Cannot Cancel
You cannot cancel if:
The seller has started preparing the food or packing the items.
The order is already dispatched or out for delivery.
3. How to Cancel
Open the Bismin app.
Go to “My Orders.”
Select the order you want to cancel.
Tap “Cancel” and choose a reason.
4. Cancellation by Seller or Bismin
Your order may be canceled if:
The item is out of stock.
The seller is unable to fulfill the order.
There is a technical or payment issue.
5. Refund After Cancellation
If you already paid online and the order is canceled, a refund will be started automatically.
Refund time depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because:
You gave the wrong address or phone number.
You were not available.
Then the order may be treated as completed and no refund will be given.
7. Final Decision
The final decision on cancellation and refund will be taken
by Bismin based on order status and facts.
